This environmentally friendly aqueous flexographic ink for papers offers excellent consistency, press stability, and reproducibility. It enables excellent workability and is suited for high-speed paper-bags manufacturing.

  • Printability
    It excels in printability and enables excellent printing effects (vivid colors and chroma) of high consistency.
    It can be used for high-speed printing.
    It offers excellent plate reproducibility, transferability and is applicable to resin plates.
    It is suitable for doctor chamber.

  • Products printed by this ink are resistant to wear and tear.

  • Although water is used as diluent for this ink the products printed with this ink are as resistant to water as products printed with oil-based inks.

  • Excels in rub resistance.

■　Handling Instructions

  • For printing dilute with 10 to 20% water (Zahn Cup # 3, for about 15 seconds or so).

  • Tap water can be used for dilution, however, avoid using hard water.

  • Anilox rollers should be washed thoroughly when oil-based inks and aqueous inks are used alternately. Insufficient washing causes clogging in Anilox rollers.
