MTX-CP Ink

MTX-CP ink, used for primer treated soft aluminum foil, offers excellent printing effects and physical properties. It is used for printing on aluminum foil cap seals and cup noodles lids made of aluminum treated paper. In particular, it is ideal for process printing and offers excellent gloss and coloring.

■　Handling Instructions

  • Print on the aluminum foil that has been surface treated by TOKA No.2 Primer, TOKA No.7 Primer NT, TOKA No.8 Primer NT Improved-2 etc.

  • In general aluminum foil manufacturer pre-treats it with AC liquid but it is possible to coat and treat it inline while printing.

  • Select the varnish from AM OP Varnish series that best suits your requirement of various physical properties like smoothness, heat resistance, etc.
