■ Features
|
-
One component type additive that accelerates oxidative polymerization of oil-based offset inks.
-
It expedites drying during printing by reacting with water in the dampening solution and releasing oxygen.
-
Add within 1~ 3%. Adding more than specified amount does not add to effectiveness.
-
It is ideal for low-absorbent, synthetic and matte coated papers.
-
In perfect printing it prevents drying defects due to hypoxia in areas where images on both side face each other.
-
It is free of lead and cobalt. (Contains manganese)
-
It is not affected by dampening water's pH.
|
■ Handling Instructions
|
-
Not useable for waterless lithographic printing.
-
Cannot be used for light (simple) offset printing.
-
Do not apply G Dryer to the front side of synthetic paper in double-sided printing. It causes back ghosting. Use G Dryer for rear side printing.
-
Pay attention to the drying of ink on the rollers, because the drying is accelerated even in the printing press.
-
With the passage of time G Dryer's vegetable oil contents can cause skinning by reacting with the oxygen in the air. Even if this occurs, simply remove the film. The performance is unaffected.
