Petro-dryer NEW

Our product "Petro-dryer", which has long been used for expediting drying of oil-based offset ink, has been renewed as " Petro-dryer NEW". The new product can be stored for long time without getting solvent segregated and losing its ease of mix with ink. In addition, the newer version comes without the peculiar smell but retains the drying quality of its predecessor.

■　Features and Handling Instructions

Petro-dryer NEW is an additive that accelerates oxidative polymerization drying of oil-based offset inks.
Due to its paste form it readily mixes with inks.
Should be added within 2 ~ 5%. Adding extra amount does not add to effectiveness.
Use moderate amount when adding to light-color inks, as color tends to change easily in their case.
Pay attention to the drying of ink on the rollers, because the drying is accelerated even in the printing press.
It cases of non-breathable stokcs like films and synthetic papers, drying effects may not be achieved in the fullest. In such cases, use "G Dryer" which generates oxygen.
Do not throw "Petro-dryer NEW" stained waste cloths with the ones used for wiping ink. Piling these two kinds in large quantity can cause fire.
