Recently, there are demands for reinforcement of environmental regulations governing printing industry, VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) measures, and for inks that have completely replaced petroleum solvents with vegetable oils. “Best One Perfect SOYA-E100” meets all these requirements, as it, including additives in it, is completely petroleum solvents free 100% vegetable oil-based ink.
Further, “Best One Perfect SOYA-E100” reproduces the effects of highly valued and successful perfecting press ink “Best One Perfect Series”, and is designed to best fit perfecting press. Using this series enables high quality printing that matches printing quality of single-side printing presses and helps achieve full productivity of perfecting press.

Generally speaking, VOC free inks, due to their composition, have problems in set drying and blocking resistance properties. Conventionally, they were more often used for high quality recycled paper and as such more emphasis was given to oxidative polymerization drying than set drying. However, recently their use with other papers, including coated papers, is on rise. By adopting new composition “Best One Perfect SOYA-E100” offers far better set drying and blocking resistance properties than conventional VOC free inks. This makes it more suitable for coated papers and also broadens the range of papers it can be applied to.
