Best One SOYA for Special Paper

Recently offset printing is highly pressed for high quality, diversification, small lot printing, and short-term delivery. This has diversified the papers used in the offset printing. Use of special kinds of papers, which cannot be printed on by general inks, is on increase and is causing various printing troubles such as drying defects, solvent migration (set-off) and decline of work efficiency.
Further, more and more companies have started putting emphasis on environment protection and as a result Soya ink specification for the production of printed products is increasing.
To resolve the above situation, we offer "Best One SOYA for Special Paper", the SOYA ink with strengthened oxidative polymerization drying property and friction resistance. Do select “Best One SOYA for Special Paper” as it offers drying property, workability, and resistance to solvent migration.

◎Applications

It is suitable for printing on various low-absorbent special papers, slow drying papers, and coated synthetic papers. (Note: pay attention that for certain synthetic papers only “Best SP Ink” can be used.)
Solvents present in ink cause solvent-migration (set-off) in case of certain substrates when matte OP varnishes, matte black, silver, and solid black, etc, are applied to them. Printing with this special paper ink from the first printing prevents this from occurring.
Use it to prevent dry down.
It is ideal for applications requiring rub resistance. We recommend use of our product "Best Dry Rough Gloss OP Varnish" for protective coating, to prevent further discoloration, on matte coated and bulk-coated papers, as this does not cause loss of texture quality.
Use it for applications requiring strong adhesion such as laminated papers and blister packs.
