Treatment Solution for Aluminum Foil and Aluminum Evaporation Paper

GP AC No.3

GP AC No.3 primer is used for untreated aluminum foils, untreated aluminum laminated paper and aluminum evaporation paper. It excels in water resistance and provides excellent adhesiveness, especially to overprint UV inks. It is non-toluene halogen free polyester type primer.

Main Resin Polyester Type Resin
Non-volatile Content 25±1%
Diluent MEK : Ethyl acetate = 2:1
Normal Amount of Coating 1 ± 0.2g/m2

  • Adhesion varies depending on the type of UV ink. Consult us prior to use. Further, we will conduct confirmation tests if you send us your usage conditions.
